James McCallum

Lighting Camera
About:
I started out at SFS in 1983 which was a fantastic launching pad for my career. Being the premier dry hire company in the U.K I was there for 4 years. I went Freelance as a Clapper Loader and soon became a Focus Puller working on dramas, corporates & documentaries.
I was employed as a Lighting Cameraman for 5 years by " Picture it Facilities" at their studio in North London. I gained invaluable experience there before leaving and moving to the South West.
Since going Freelance I have equipped myself with a full shooting kit. I am therefore available as a Cameraman with or without kit.
