| Traditional animation techniques fascinate me and I believe myself to be competent in my understanding of all of its principles concerning timing, expressions and gestures, Lip-synch and the requisite technical language, in addition to using 2D software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Dreamweaver. |

I have directed and animated the movie Adam & Eva. This short film, based on a biblical tale of the first two humans, was created in traditional cut-out technique by using 35 mm camera. Adam & Eva won the award for best film in Szemlétek 07 Film Festival (HU) and has been chosen in the competition of several Film Festivals such as Annecy 07 (FR), Anifest 07 (CZ), ReAnimacja 07 (PL) or Cinanima 07 (PT). From 2001 – 2003 I studied the Graphic Design of Animated Film at the Zlin Film College in the Czech Republic, where I was provided with the opportunity to acquaint myseilf with a variety of traditional techniques such as cut-outs, puppets, sand, with a major focus on drawing animation using both tablet and pencil on paper. |
