I'm the director of Jinx Media Ltd, and a feature film producer/writer/director.
Jinx Media's first feature, "TrashHouse", won the 'Best Screenplay' award at the Tromafling Festival 2005 and was successfully released on DVD in the UK on 20th February 2006 via Screen Entertainment. It was rereleased on the new 'Shriek' budget label in June 2007. Follow-up feature "KillerKiller" met with critical acclaim (see http://www.killerkiller.co.uk for review links) and all worldwide rights were purchased by York Entertainment in March 2007. It has been released all over the world, including a cinema run in Germany. Jinx Media's third feature "Hellbride" won a 'Commended' award at the Festival of Fantastic Films 2007 in Manchester prior to being signed for DVD release in early 2009.
"The Devil's Music" has recently been completed, and has already picked up some fantastic reviews from critics who have seen preview screenings or DVDs, including Kim Newman from Empire. In October 2008, it won the Independent Feature award at the Festival of Fantastic Films in Manchester. |
