I have nine years of experience in subtitling, for television (teletext) and DVD. I do both hard-of-hearing work and translation template creation. I have also worked as a DVD subtitling translation project manager. My clients include the European Captioning Institute and Broadcast Text International. I am familiar with Swift, Isis and WinCaps subtitling systems. Update October 2007: I now have a research post at the University of York until January 2009 so have more limited availability for freelance work. |
