About:

Lighting Cameraman with over twenty years' experience. Originally working in 16mm film production, the majority of my work nowadays is as Lighting Cameraman on video productions. I have shot and lit a great many factual drama educational and corporate productions, the latter often for major organisations such as Sony, Renault, NatWest Bank, IBM, etc. I have also worked on social and overseas development productions for organisations such as Oxfam and VSO. I generally work with DigiBeta, DVCam or HD, but am familiar with other formats. As well as lighting for factual productions, I am also experienced at lighting for drama, both on location and in the studio. I try to provide quality and creativity in my work, and am happy to "go the extra mile". Happy to be flexible regarding rates. Based in East Sussex, and work in the southeast, UK, Europe and worlwide.

OVERSEAS
I have filmed in over twenty countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and America. I have a little knowledge of French and German, a few words of Japanese, and five words of Swahili.
EQUIPMENT
I generally work with DigiBeta, DV-Cam, DVC Pro and HD video formats but am familiar with others. I am happy to work with your equipment or can provide suitable kit, as required.
