He owns and operates a Broadcast /Film Steadicam rig, complete with remote follow focus / iris kit, wireless video/audio links, and a full accessory package tailored to meet the demands of today's broadcast, video & film environments. The rig can provide both 12v & 24v, and is to HD-SDI specification. He can also supply full camera kits as required - DVCAM, DVCPRO, Digibeta, HDCAM etc - as per specification for each job. MK-V A-R Techician / Operator: attended the 2006 & 2007 workshops and worked with the rig on numerous occasions, including 5 days of demos at IBC 2007. Experienced with a range of video and film camera formats, having worked on a wide variety of productions over the last few years, with award winning production companies, from PSC / location shooting to live multicamera operations, corporate, broadcast and music concert work. An experienced live events cameraman, having worked on a wide variety of multicamera live events, broadcast and big screen. Extensive corporate live events experience, conferences & awards ceremonies. Steadicam credits include: - HD Steadicam / DoP work for Everton FC - Music promo for Mutya feat. Amy Winehouse: 'B Boy Baby' - ITV drama 'Emmerdale' - BBC Scotland HD OB: World Pipe Band Championships 2007 - Sky Sports News Football OB - HD feature film 'Night Junkies' - HD feature film 'Uncut' (90 minutes, single 1 shot Steadicam take) - HD documentary-drama 'Wainwright: The Man Who Loved The Lakes' by Skyworks for the BBC - Llangollen Christmas Carol Concert with Barcud for S4C - Grand final ball of 'From Ladette to Lady' with RDF for ITV ...plus numerous broadcast, video & film credits across all genres of production. Camera credits include: - ITV's 'The South Bank Show' - No.1 artist James Blunt's live concert at Slim Lines army base in Kosovo - Royal Television Society Awards (North West) 2006 and 2007 ...and numerous live events, music concerts, fashion shows, interviews, big screen work, OBs & multicamera productions. Jason works throughout the UK, and has worked in most countries in Europe, and is experienced with travelling & flying with equipment. Occasionally focus pulling and assisting for Steadicam operations, Jason has also worked as Steadicam Focus Puller / Assistant on Setanta Sports UEFA cup & Premier League matches. Jason also occasionally works as Jimmy Jib assistant - most recently as a part of the OB for the 'Liverpool 2008 Capital of Culture' opening ceremony, and Beach Break Live Music Festival for the BBC.
