Utopian Pictures is a new and exciting independent production company based in the United Kingdom specialising in the creation and development of low budget genre films.
Existing as a self contained, ‘film factory’ generating each individual project from script, through to final cut and ultimately screen, Utopian Pictures is the brainchild of acclaimed short filmmaker, Peter Hallett, (The Stone In The Sword ) and cult movie expert, Dean Meadows, editor and publisher of Vengeance - The X-Treme Movie Magazine
The aim of Utopian Pictures and it’s subsidiary company, Degeneration Films is to promote and showcase new and rising talent both from the UK and abroad, presenting actors, actresses, martial artists, stunt performers, models, composers, special make up effects artists, and others with the opportunity to work on professional, high quality genre motion pictures for release and distribution on the home entertainment market both in the UK and Internationally.
