"Ryan Owen hails from Blackburn, Lancashire, the hotpot capital of the world. The son of average suburbanites, he escaped from the crushing sameness of Britain through the films of Leone and Sam Raimi. Forced to take a slave-job at The Horse in order to start repaying monumental student loans, he turned his attention to filmmaking, making his first short film 'CADAVER', (now a stylish and award-winning film) and the music video Xs And Os for The Loves. Ryan is 25 and lives in Cardiff."
