I have acted before in professional productions and amateur productions playing speaking roles, extra/walk-on parts and doing stunt type fight scenes
I hold in martial arts:
3rd Dan in Aikido,
1st Dan in Aiki Ju Jitsu,
3rd Dan using Aiki Ken (Japanese Katana Sword),
3rd Dan using Jo (5ft wooden staff)
I can perform and throw safely and can take high breakfalls forward.
I have done Public Demonstrations in martial arts which was filmed and sold.
I also have choreographed fight scenes for film scenes and demonstrations.
I have performed in, both a realistic fight scene where i threw people about safely and where they threw me about.

I have acted before in amateur productions playing a speaking role and doing stunt type fight scenes.
I Hold a “Official Assistant Coach” certificate by the British Aikido Board who are the only board in Aikido, to be governed by the Sports Council.
I was a Stage Hand/Wardrobe & Prop Assistant for the production of The Wizard Of Oz.
I also have Wrote work which has been published in 2 books with worldwide distribution
