With ambitions running wild this film is slightly let down by its effects and neon pink blood. A more psychological approach in response to the "locked room" aspect might have been interesting. But for slightly shlocky horror not that bad. A sweet and convincing relationship between the leads and a strong part for an actress (no Scream Queens here) shows an grown up approach to horror and bodes well for future projects. |
