CKS Kitchenware Promo: This was a live brief which consisted of producing a short promo (1-2 min’s), for a leading kitchenware wholesale company, to be projected at the Birmingham NEC centre, on a new exhibition stand. The purpose was to draw new customers onto the stand, representing the company’s core values which are: modern, original and innovative.
The final idea was to create of a tongue-in-cheek vision of their product of the future (with obvious reference to Chris Cunningham, and the 'All is Full of Love music video). The finished piece consists of computer graphics and live action footage. This included creating a scale version of the warehouse where the live action would be shot, using CGI. I had to research character animation, as it was an area of CGI, I previously new nothing about.
