A film about the dangers of blurring the real world with the television world, "remote" tells the story of a young couple, joey (Tim Robinson) and Sydney (Nathalie Cox), on the verge of breaking up. However, television proves to be the ultimate distraction. A new remote arrives in the mail complete with special properties, seemingly allowing them access to any room in their block of flats. The question quickly becomes less about what to watch than working out which side of the telly you're on. |
