I have been involved in music ever since I was 6, originally studying classical piano and progressing to a variety of other intruments and styles. After taking a course in Audio Engineering in 2001 and working in the field for a time, I realised my passion lay in composing music. Since then I have written and remixed a lot of world/dance oriented music, composed contemporary and orchestral scores and sound design for independent films, and created a sound installation accompanying a photography exhibition in viterbo, Italy last year. My studio, Forksound is a fully equipt audio production unit with a range of audio interfaces and computers linked via a LAN network, and a full compliment of plug-ins and outboard. I am equally at home in handling all digital production requirements including voiceovers, mixing sound for picture, digital post production and preparing mixes for final mastering. Currently forksound is housed in a comfortable, relaxed home environment; an ideal space for the creative flow, which in turn makes this place the logical choice for anyone seeking stress free results. |
