About:
Imran Ahmad is a Music Composer and Producer of Indian origin based in London, UK. His music has been heard on BBC Radio One, BBC 2, London Capital Radio, and Channel 4 Television for which he produced specially commissioned music for programmes included the Skiing World Cup series (2004 - 2006).
Imran regularly writes production music albums for Noise Pump Music and has recently completed two albumsc Album of Indian and Middle Eastern influence.
He is really interested in merging Indian and Middle Eastern sounds with Western music to create unique soundscapes and orchestral pieces. His next project is working with documentary director Ovidio Salazar from Matmedia Productions on a live music/visual production based on the spiritual works of the infamous Persian mystic - Rumi.
