It will be my pleasure to send you a free showreel on CD and DVD that fully clarifies my musical world.
Both Classical and Jazz trained, I have a large experience as composer, orchestrator, guitarist, conductor and producer. Aside from my recent collaborations with London based directors, animators and artists, I have previously been working for 10 years in a professional Recording Studio in Rome. I wrote for: National Italian Radio & TV programmes, Adverts, Theatre, Documentaries, Animations, Short films, Pop and Ethnic CDs productions.
The following is a short list of films I wrote the music for, which have been selected and awarded in several festivals.
“For Your Blossom”, animation: Annecy Animation Festival 2005 (France); Royal Television Society (UK) 2005, Nominee; Beijing FF 2004 Bronze Prize; Edinburgh FF 2004, Resfest 2004, Calgary International FF 2004, Brisbane International Anim. Fest. Debut Award; Commonwealth FF 2005 etc.
“Veronica’s Thread” (La Stoffa di Veronica), documentary; 1° Prize at Bellaria Film Festival 2005
“The Dream Thief”, animation: Unicaja Eurovideo FF (Spain) 2003, Nominee, NFT Event Eat Our Shorts (UK) 2003; Bitfilm Festival (D) 2004; Animex 2005 Awards (UK); Lisbon Int. Independent FF 2005 (Portugal)
I was also awarded several prizes in many International Composition Competitions and Festivals:
- 3rd Prize at the "M. Nascimbene Award", International Film Music Competition (Italy-2004)
- 1st Prize at the "V. Bucchi", International Composers Competition for solo violin (Rome-2000)
- 2nd Prize at the "International Composition Competition of Tarragona for Symphony Orchestra" (Spain 1997)
- Nominee first at the "V. Bucchi" for a score for Soprano and Symphony Orchestra (Rome-1996)
