1. How can I add new clients to my UK screen web-page?

   On your UK screen web-page, click "Edit Page" in the sidebar on the left-hand side. Enter your username and password and click "Login". Select "Modify Profile"from the list of editing options, and enter the UK screen usernames of your clients at the bottom of the page.

2. Can I use my username and password for my clients?

   The system identifies each member by their own unique username; therefore, each client MUST have their own separate username. However, the same password may be used for both yourself and all your clients.

3. How do you expect me to remember the usernames of all my clients?

   The username of each client is included in their web address, listed at the bottom of their page. For example, if the page address of a client is http://www.ukscreen.com/cast/johnsmith, then their username is johnsmith. All pages of your clients are listed on your page.

4. Do I need to fill in the contact details of my clients?

   You don't need to provide separate contact details. You client's page will be linked to your page, so if someone finds your client via our search engine then they will be directed to your web-page. You can also use your own e-mail address for your clients, so any enquiries will go straight to you.

5. Can I have my company logo on my page and my clients pages?

   Yes, you can upload your company logo to your own page and to your clients pages. However, the first image that you upload to a clients page should be a photograph of the client.

6. How do I update a clients page?

   On your own page, click on the name of your client. Then, on the clients page click on "Edit Page" and edit their page in the usual way. This assumes that you know the password for your client.

7. Can I delete my clients from the UK screen directory?

   Yes, the procedure is essentially the same as in the previous question. You have full control over any data you post on our directory. We don't edit it or censor it, as long as it doesn't breach our policy.
