1. The video doesn't play smoothly on my browser!

   There could be a variety of different reasons for this:

   • Your ISP (The server you dial to connect to the Internet) does not have enough bandwidth to enable you watch the clip: this will be a problem when there are many users connected to their server.
   • You might be caught in a rush hour - this depends on your geographical location. If there are too many people using the Internet in your location, your connection will slow down.
   • There may be a problem with your telephone line: if there is any noise on the telephone line (audible as crackling when you make a call), then your modem may not be able to connect at full speed.

   In all of the above situations try the following:

   • Close all other applications on your computer apart from your web browser.
   • Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the Internet.
   • Play the low band clip if one is available.
   • Try again later!
