1. UK screen updates Dec 2002.
   1. Instant upgrading system, which enables members to remove adverts from the site and instantly get extra benefits, by paying via a secure server.
   2. New musicians directory, dedicated to solo artists.
   3. More search options, particularly regional search in many countries, added to the directories search engines.
   4. More categories for cast and crew directories.
   5. Improved search facilities for the forum.
   6. For security reasons, Media files uploads are now available to paying members only. Nontheless, others are still be able to link their media from external servers. More.
   7. Companies can add their showreel to their pages.
   8. Full control over posted messages on the Forum. Members now can delete their Forum messages whenever they wish.
   9. Improved credits listings, for cast, crew and companies. Now you can link your credits to external sites.
   10. New mailing lists: film, casting, crewing and music, posted weekly (instant for premium members).
   11. Improved security and spam filters on the site.
   12. New powerfull server.

2. March 2003

   1- A new payment system: We don't use paypal payment system anymore, instead we are now using the Worldpay payment system, which was recommended by ukscreen members, and which we found easy to use and reliable.
   Now, Using any debit or credit card, our international users can pay with Pounds, dollars and Euros.
   2- Who is online now?: Now users will be able to see who is online at any moment on ukscreen site. Click here
   3- New thumbnails : We installed a new system which will improve the creation of images thumbnails on the site.
   4- Activation fee: From the 1st of April, membership activation fee will increase to £20.

3. New Server August 2003.

   Owing to the increasing levels of traffic on ukscreen.com (over 150,000 hits per day), some functions on the site ceased to work recently. However, we are pleased to be able to inform you that we have now completed an upgrade to a new powerful server which can withstand much higher levels of traffic.

   This new server comes with the new features that were requested by ukscreen members.

   - Premium members can change their ukscreen username without reregistering;
   - Premium and Gold members can change their directory entry without reregistering;
   - A New membership level called ‘Premium extra’ has been created which allows members to upload a 10 MB file-size showreel and 18 photos.
