1. How long does it take for my account to be upgraded?

   Once you completed your payment. Our system will instantly upgrade your account and send you a receipt by email.

2. I have upgraded my account to Silver membership, but I want to switch to premium?

   Just select premium from in the upgrade form and our system will swap your old membership with the new selected membership. But you have to make a new payment in order for this to happen.

3. Do I lose my existing funds when I switch my membership?

   No, you don't. We add whatever money left from your previous membership to your new membership.

4. Is it safe to pay over the internet?

   It's safer than paying on the high street.

5. How can I upgrade?

   Go to our Upgrade Form, select your upgrade choice, then you will be forwarded to WorldPay secure systems, where you fill in your credit card details. Once your details are checked and cofirmed, our system will instantly upgrade your account.

6. How can I use my bonus?

   You must first upgrade your account, then the bonus will be credited to your account. So if your bonus is £15 and you upgrade to one year Silver membership (worth £10) then your bonus will be added and you will have £25 worth of upgrade, which is 2.5 years Silver membership.
